Your Carefree Wedding processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you have provided this information to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

• Payment information (bank account number)
• Other – including allergies (e.g., in relation to lunch or dinner) and physical limitations, so we can make appropriate arrangements

 3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Your Carefree Wedding processes personal data for the organization of weddings. This may include: ceremonies, lunches, dinners, receptions, parties, overnight stays, activities, transportation, etc.

In organizing a wedding, there is contact with the client, family members, and various vendors providing products and/or services for the event.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

– Handling your payment;
– Delivering goods and/or services;
– Contacting you when necessary to carry out our services.

Your Carefree Wedding also processes personal data when legally required to do so, for instance, data we need for our tax return.

 4. Retention period

Your Carefree Wedding does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Data that is required for tax purposes will be retained for seven years, in line with the requirements of the Dutch Tax Authority.

 5. Sharing personal data with third parties

Your Carefree Wedding does not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share your data with third parties when necessary for the organization of your wedding.
